Hi! I’m Kimberly Bessent. 

Mostly Kim. 

Kimmy to some. 

Mama to a few (but mostly I hear Mama). 

 

I am from a small town in Central Texas. I grew up riding bikes and horses with friends and playing lots of sports in school. 

 

I graduated from Tarleton State in 2003 and taught kindergarten for a couple of years before deciding to go back to school to earn my Masters Degree in Education with a focus on counseling from Texas Christian University. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from TCU in 2007.

 

While in graduate school I married my best friend and we bounced all around Texas for several years before landing back in DFW. 

 

We always knew that we wanted to end up here and are very happy calling Fort Worth our home. We live just west of Fort Worth, in Lake Worth and we love the small town vibe it lends while also being about 20 min from everything Fort Worth has to offer. 

 

Our first daughter was born in 2008. Since then, I have been busy fully embracing motherhood. We now have 4 amazing daughters and they are all homeschooled. Homeschooling a wide range of ages in North Texas has broadened my view of just how much is available to families in the DFW area. We truly feel very fortunate to live here and raise our family here. 

 

In 2022, my husband and I purchased our dream home, in a dreamy neighborhood, in a city we love. The feeling of just knowing you have finally landed in the perfect spot, that is what motivated me to pursue real estate. I have always loved houses. I enjoy the thrill of searching for and finding houses as well as seeing the potential in different spaces. I have a deep love for design, more specifically mid century, but overall I find architectural and interior design very inspiring. I am very much a people person, and feel very fulfilled helping others. At this point in my life, combining my love for homes and design with my ability to connect with and help people has manifested into me becoming a real estate agent. 

 

I am genuinely excited for this opportunity at this point in my life and look forward to supporting each person that comes along this path with me.
